Observers

VBS3Strike provides a user interface component to visualize the most recent locations which have been reported by observers. When an observer sends a location update to a fire platform, this new location is recorded and displayed in the 'Observers' window.

To view this window, from the main menu system: Records -> Observers.

This observer list window contains the name of the observer, the observer call sign, the grid reference of their last recorded position, the time that this position was recorded (Simulation Time), and the number of previous location updates this observer has sent. The observer "Latest Grid" value can be edited and then the observer's position will change to the new grid location entered, this can be viewed through VBS3.
